“The economic downturn has tragically impacted far too many families. The once-large inventory of short sales and bank-owned properties has significantly decreased. Listings remain on the market longer and prices have slightly decreased. Savvy buyers are able to take advantage of these market shifts.”

The buyers currently shopping are serious, and it’s critical to listen to their feedback,” Shannon added.
