Leslie Thompson, Graphic Designer

Leslie Thompson has worked as a graphic designer for The Beehive since 2003. Leslie is a Suma Cum Laude graduate of ASU with a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Information Technology, and enjoys doing freelance design from home. Leslie grew up in Utah and relocated to Arizona in 1984 after she was married.

Leslie and her husband Tim are the parents of five: two sons (one a returned missionary at BYU and one in preschool) and three beautiful daughters in between. Leslie says she adores her husband who “has a heart of gold and makes me laugh every day,” and her children, who are the “icing on my cake of life.”

Leslie also enjoys writing and has written a few articles for The Beehive. She’s into health food and exercise but only to justify her passion for rich and decadent cuisine.

Leslie lives in Gilbert in the San Tan 1st Ward, where she currently serves in the Relief Society presidency.

When the day’s work is done, and the house is quiet, you might find Leslie sneaking spoonfuls of ice cream right out of the carton…shhhhh…don’t tell the kids.
