Plumbing issues are messy and stressful, and the sooner they are taken care of, the better.  That’s why Rob Steiner works hard to provide 24/7 plumbing services, through his business One Call Plumbing, serving people in Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, and surrounding cities.

Rob recently took the helm of the business started by his father, Glen Steiner, who passed away in November with his wife, Leslie, in a tragic plane crash while on vacation in the Bahamas. Rob will continue to build on the company’s reputation and his father’s tradition of helping others.

In an interview last September, Glen said, “We started One Call Plumbing services because I thought that I could take care of people. I wanted to take care of people better than the competitors, and I think I do a good job.”

Glen began working with plumbing and repair in the Valley in 1988. He went out on his own, starting One Call Plumbing in February 2004.

Glen’s number one desire with One Call Plumbing was to be able to help people when they need it the most.

Today, the company has fully trained technicians ready to serve residential homes within two hours of the initial phone call.

“Whether it’s three a.m. or three in the afternoon, if somebody has a problem we’re gonna be there for them,” said Glen.

From the office staff to the technicians, employees at One Call Plumbing are well trained, knowledgeable and courteous. Recent customers can attest to the care the company takes.

“I am just tickled to death with how wonderful everyone [at One Call Plumbing] has been,” says Randy Winsor, a member of the Peralta Ward. “The office staff was so supportive and helpful through my entire ordeal.”

Ryan Robbins, also of the Peralta Ward, recently called One Call Plumbing when his bathtub began to leak into the surrounding dry wall.

“My technician, Todd, was great,” says Ryan. “He kept me up to date with each step of the diagnosis and how he was fixing it, and he was very knowledgeable and nice. He even made things a little harder for himself to save us $300. I was very pleased.”

Since its beginning ten years ago, One Call Plumbing has enjoyed steady success, and continues to grow and innovate, recently adding A/C and heating services to their repertoire.

According to their website, www.azplumbers.com, employees at One Call Plumbing work hard to make sure they know all of the most recent plumbing, heating, A/C information so they can be sure the service they’re providing is the most cutting edge available.

To celebrate their 10-year anniversary, One Call Plumbing will host an open house on Feb. 21 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 2135 N Horne, Mesa. Everyone in the community is invited to attend.
