Lee T. Perry, Elder L. Tom Perry’s son and Dean of the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University, will speak at the Arizona Management Society, May luncheon.
“Dean Perry will share his insights on leadership that he learned while studying his father’s uncommon business career. His father, Elder L. Tom Perry, has blessed the lives of millions by using those skills as an apostle for more than four decades,” says Management Society president, Claudia Walters.
Previous to being named Dean, Lee served as an associate dean twice, between 1998-2005 and 2012-2013. From June 2005 to July 2008, he was on leave from BYU, serving as Mission President of the California Roseville Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Lee has written extensively about innovation, technology and competitive business strategies. He is the author of Offensive Strategy (HarperBusiness), Righteous Influence (Deseret Book), and L. Tom Perry, An Uncommon Life: Years of Preparation (Deseret Book). He has authored or co-authored more than 40 articles appearing in various management journals and books.
