Arizona’s ROCKIN’ with Talent Announces Auditions and Public-Invited Finale Event

“Arizona’s ROCKIN’ with Talent,” encourages individuals to share their talents, while benefitting Setting Them Free, a 501c3 nonprofit organization that helps patients with medical bills not covered by insurance.

ROCKIN’ with Talent auditions will be Thursday, October 2, from 4 to 7 p.m. at East Valley High School (or send a YouTube link to: andrea@settingthemfree.org). Entries will be accepted in four categories: ages 3-11, 12-17, 18 and up and miscellaneous talent.

Three acts will be chosen from each category, and those finalists will perform live at the public-invited event Saturday, October 25, from 7 to 10 p.m. at East Valley High School, 7420 E. Main Street in Mesa. Judging will be conducted by three judges and the audience, by use of smart phones.

Winners of each category will receive a prize. The top winner will receive a package worth $500 to stay at the Dutton Hotel for three nights in Branson, Missouri, and appear in three pre-show performances.

The contest is open to Arizona residents only and, if under the age of 18, must have permission to participate. Setting Them Free reserves the right to refuse an audition to any individual or act it considers dangerous or offensive or that has sexual content or dress.
